Placing an Order

Once an order has been placed through Le Eleur, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of his/her order. Said email will contain the order number, along with all the other details regarding the order.

In case of missing/incomplete information, our customer service team member will contact the customer in order to complete the missing data so we can start processing the order immediately.

Delivery Within State of Kuwait

The shipping cost is USD 9.00.

Delivery Out of State of Kuwait

The shipping cost is USD 15.00.

- For orders placed from Bahrain – within 5 business days

- For orders placed from Qatar – within 5 business days

- For orders placed from Oman – within 8 business days
